Beartooth Highway

This project involved the major reconstruction of a highway through national forest lands, where camping and backcountry hiking were the impacted activities. We measured existing noise levels, predicted noise levels from various construction activities (including blasting), and developed a method to assess the potential impact to sensitive use areas.
