Traffic Noise Model (TNM)

This project was conducted for the research branch of the Colorado Dept. of Transportation, and involved the preparation of a Users Guide for TNM in Colorado. The recommendations in the guide are based on extensive analysis of the model, including comparing measured and predicted levels at 13 sites across the state, comparing TNM results to those of other roadway noise models, and the modeling of different topography and traffic conditions.
