Mitigation Design

Mitigation Design

Noise walls: We design noise walls for any application. We predict noise reduction, specify location, length, height, and consult on the various materials that can be used. Each wall is designed to meet your project's specific needs. We are familiar with design trends across the U.S., as well as Europe and Asia.

Berms: Berms are a good alternative to noise walls for both acoustic and aesthetic reasons. We can help your project work through the design challenges associated berms, including slope requirements, available land, landscaping, and utilities.

Enclosures: We design partial and full enclosures of mechanized equipment, taking into account the desired noise reduction and the operating needs of the equipment.

Mufflers: We help our clients select the proper silencer for their industrial equipment, such as gas turbines and compressor stations. Not every situation requires the most expensive muffler, and our independent analysis will yield the most cost-effective solution for your project.

Setbacks: Distance solves many acoustic problems, but developable land is a scarce commodity. We work with your project to find the right balance between desired noise levels, set back distances, and the incorporation of other mitigation measures such as barriers and building soundproofing.
